Condition
Both of these pictures have old French linings. The paint layers are stable. The cracking is slightly raised, but not distractingly so. Under ultraviolet light, the composition of the panoramic view of the mountains shows only retouches along the extreme edges, a couple of spots in the upper sky and one spot in the mountains in the middle distance on the right. The other composition shows restorations in the sky directly above the edge of the hilltop in the center, a few spots of retouching in the sunlit edges of the escarpment in the center and on the right, and a few other small dots elsewhere.
