Corinthian amphoriskos, decorated with three wide painted brown bands on the body and a petal and fine dot decoration divided by three fine concentric rings around the shoulder. 

Origin: Eastern Mediterranean

Manufacture Period: Ca. 5th - 3rd century B.C.

Condition: Small strap handle and 1/2 of the lip are restored.

Provenance: Ex. collection of Remo Farruggio, Sicily, acquired and relocated to NYC., 1950s to 60s. To present owner by descent.
